Financing, tax rates, and accounting
When I joined Shopify they said the billing would be on the thirty each month, but today Shopify billed menThree Days early, why?
I thought an agreement was an agreement! Will someone help me understand?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with your Shopify bill, to ensure this gets resolved.
To share some insight, the billing cycle will reflect the plan you have selected. In the case you have chosen the monthly plan, the billing cycle will occur every 30 days, as opposed to on the 30th of each month. I recommend checking out our Shopify Bill Overview Documentation for more information on billing cycles, as it touches on this further.
If however, you would like to update the interval in which you receive your bill (i.e every 30 days, 1, 2, or 3 years), you can certainly do so, but cannot select a specific day of the month to receive your bills. For more information on this, you can refer to our Managing Your Billing documentation!
