Why does my tax included price always display as £0.00?

I have made my tax included in the price active on my website within the settings but when I view the orders we get the Tax field always shows £0.00 so it's not displaying the cost of included tax for customers and me to see.

How can I have this option showing the right costs for this field as I am struggling

Hi @slimjim1009 

I would also double check within the product details themselves that the items have tax enabled on them. This is separate from the option in Settings > Taxes. 

You can use the bulk editor to quickly enable/disable this option as well. If you can confirm that the taxes are set up properly within the admin and that the orders being processed should be charging taxes, please reach out to our live support for additional help.
