Why has my monthly sales report with vendor details disappeared?

We are a non-profit, running a gift shop with about 15 vendors. We split the proceeds of the sales with the vendors. Every month I create a Sales Report that has 25 columns of info. I export it, sort it by product vendor, and can then figure out what our take is and how much to send to each vendor.

This report is suddenly not available. What happened? I called support and they were no help. (I can't find the Support phone number now). The sales report that is available does not list vendors, so it's useless to me. We have a basic plan. 

I've been creating this report for two years. Why is it suddenly gone?

Have you been able to find a solution for this with Shopify? If not, I recommend our app Better Reports and we can help you recreate the report you lost in Shopify.

We can also create a custom measure to calculate the proceeds within the report according to the split between you and the vendors.

Have you tried the "Sales by product vendor" report. You should be able to start with that one and add whatever other columns you need.

Well I contacted support today and was told (BEFORE I BOTHERED TO SET UP THE ACCOUNT AND PAY) to verify that I could make the same report (for the same reason)... and nope.. no way that I can find to do that, even though I was guaranteed that I could. WTH

Export the report to Excel - all the necessary data is there.
