Why hasn't my 1099K form been updated with my Corporation EIN?

I originally requested to update my PAYEE information from my personal SSN to my Corporation EIN since August, 2021 and the Support team said the Tax support team will reach out to modify my tax form. However, I've waited 7 MONTHS but no one ever helped. 

Then I created another ticket last week and the Support team said the ticket has been escalated and Tax team will contact me this week. However, still no one reached out to me. 

I am very frustrating since this will incur HUGE impact on my return tax, causing the loss of my money due to the incorrect 1099K tax form issued by Shopify. I am helpless and I don't know what to do if my tax form is still not modified before the current tax filling year due date. PLEASE HELP!!!!

I'm in the same boat. I filed a trouble ticket on 2/15 after reading this is what I should do. No response and we need to file our taxes by 3/15! No way to actually contact a person that I can find so far. Love Shopify but this is extremely frustrating.

I too am EXTREMELY frustrated with Shopify's inefficient system of trying to get help re: our 1099K. In my case, they prepared the 1099k as a sole proprietor when in fact we are incorporated. As it stands, it looks like all the income will be taxed as personal - which is completely incorrect. They don't have the corporation EIN - I have no idea how they would have had my name and SSN as account setup doesn't have that information at all!

I've got a help ticket and supposedly its been ESCALATED but no response - its been over one month. Like many I too need to file my taxes - this is a HUGE tax issue. 

I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in how there is NO WAY TO GET STATUS on my ticket NO WAY TO ACTUALLY TALK TO SOMEONE. They say its been referred to the "tax department" - whatever that means. Right now I feel that means - its been filed in the round file cabinet or the preverbial black hole.

I'm starting to think a class action lawsuit sounds about right. This is unconscionable.

I don't even HAVE a Shopify account, and they reported someone else's income under my SSN to the IRS. Try to get help when you're not even a customer. Tell you what though, I am going to tell everyone I know what happened.
