I can see you are experiencing some issues with your Shopify stores. Based on the information you have provided, it sounds like you have already been in touch with our live support team who have advised that our Risk team are currently dealing with this.
Thanks for providing the ticket number, however I am unable to access it to see any information relating to your store. Here on the Shopify Community we are unable to access any account or ticket info, as we deal in public replies.
For now it sounds like you have done everything correctly. You will need to wait for our internal teams to process your information and revert back via email. We treat store issues like this seriously so we will be aiming to get back to you as soon as possible. If anything else is required from you then we will let you know via email. Likewise if you have anything else to add then you can reply to that ticket.
