Why is my store randomly charging sales tax on non-taxable items in Vermont?

My store is charging sales tax randomly on items that in my store are non-taxable in Vermont.  Have you seen this?

Just to gather some additional context, did you check to see if your products are set to charge tax? You can check to see which products are set to charge tax by using your Shopify admin to navigate to the product to view the option to charge taxes on this product. 
 
With that being said, if your online store is collecting taxes on the product this could be due to the tax profile set up. We have a great step-by-step guide that goes into depth about Override the taxes on a collection to make a collection exempt from taxes.
