Why is Ontario sales tax included on my Quebec business bill?

I was wondering why my client bill came with Ontario and Quebec sales tax. 

As the business is located in Quebec, I was expecting only QST.

Does the bill exclusively has the monthly subscription fees and app fees? or, does it include the shipping charges for the label purchases?
