Why is tax being calculated incorrectly in UAE on Shopify?

Hello,

Tax is being calculated in a wrong way when added automatically in shopify

In UAE tax is 5%, an item with 100AED is showing tax of 4.76AED why?

How to fix this?

Thanks for being part of the Shopify Community! Can we have a link to the product? Is it 100 AED or around 100? Also, is the store address based in AED? 

I recommend creating a Tax override so all products will have the right percentage added. More details here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/taxes/tax-overrides#collection-override
