Why is tax not calculating properly on product collections?

We are facing tax calculation issue during placed order.

Tax always calculation on single value of tax, Its not calculating on Product collection base.

So please help us on this big issue.

I'm not sure I've fully understood the question correctly, so please correct me if I'm wrong:

Are you saying that tax is being calculated according to single line items as opposed to the entire order?

If so, it's worth noting that how tax is calculated depends on whether you choose to include tax in your product prices or not to include them.
