Why is Texas tax not being charged on my online store sales?

Hi,

I have a retail side and a wholesale side to the store. I had several customers make purchases within Texas online. It did not charge taxes. The box to include taxes in product price is not checked. She is tagged as a wholesale customer. I don't know if that makes a difference. She is not checked as getting a tax exemption. How do I fix this? Thanks for your help.
