We are in State of Georgia, Dekalb County (Not City of Atlanta). The tax that Shopify is automatically collecting appears to 7.99%. However the tax is 8%. This may be that you are rounding down, instead of up. This is only penny per transaction, but it adds up. When I file and pay taxes to the state of GA, they of course charge the 8%. Can you correct this?
