Why isn't my VAT number verified yet on the system?

Hi,there I am reaching to Shopify support service regarding with my Vat verification why isn't yet verified with your system i check that the verification in vies that my Vat number is already been verified how so that everytime I check the Shopify page and still is not verified. Please take action with this issue thanks 😊
