Why isn't Ontario sales tax appearing on my client's website?

Hi, I have a client who's provincial sales tax isn't working on their website anymore. They are based in Ontario but when they reach the stage where they pick from the drop down menu which sales tax to apply Ontario doesn't appear but other provinces like BC and Alberta do. Is there any reason why this might be happening?
