Why isn't Shopify collecting the correct sales tax in Vail?

Town of Vail increased sales tax by 0.5% Jan 1 2023.....we should be collecting a total of 9.4%

shopify only will collect 8.9%. 

This is two years in a row that Shopify has dropped the ball on Sales Tax

The only work around has been to put in a zip code in Colorado that actually collects 9.4%
