Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am writing to you regarding an unidentified bill for over $500 that was debited from my Shopify account without my knowledge. This bill was issued by the "auto-DS" wholesale application. I have never authorized a purchase of this value nor have I used the "auto-DS" app to place an order. For this reason, I am deeply concerned about this unexpected charge to my Shopify account.

I was also charged $500 did your charge go away or did you fill it. Please reply this is my first time that this has happened I’m very worried

It sounds like you have experienced a charge from a third party app that you were not expecting. My suggestion would be to reach out to them directly via the Support portal that can be found on this page. They should be able to provide some more clarification.
