Hello, my account was charged last night for $79.99 and unfortunately I can’t find a way to refund it. The last time I used the account was October 31st and I believed that I had time to cancel the subscription before it had charged me. I have for since closed the account, but I would really like help because I don’t have the money for that and I will not be using Shopify for the month they charged me.

I can certainly provide you a refund as long as you closed your store within 7 days of the invoice being processed.
