Wrong Automated Tax County and City

Hi,

Please update your default settings for 94303 in East Palo Alto, Californi.

the automated tax settings is wrong for 94303 East Palo Alto.  It should be San Mateo County but it categorizes a Santa Clara County and Palo Alto city tax.  East Palo Alto and Palo Alto are two different cities in two different counties. 

in the meantime, how do I manually adjust the settings for this?
