I recently bought the yearly subscription but I renewed it for the wrong store. Classes are about to start and I don't have the time to run a store and I need the money for next quarters classes. How do I get a refund?

While we don't typically offer refunds as per our Terms of Service, if you get in touch with us within 30 days of the charge we are typically able to process a refund for the yearly subscription fee.
