How to edit a post, or delete a post.

To edit an existing post:

By default edits can only made within 2 hours of submitting a post, otherwise you will need to request help from the Community team. 

 

If you are within this 2 hour time limit, to edit a post complete the following:

 

  1. Go to your post.
  2. Click on the three dot icon to the right of your post, followed by Edit Message.
  3. Edit as required, then click Post.

If its been more than 2 hours since submitting your post, you will need to request help from the Community team for any edit you'd like to make.  To do this, complete the following:

 

  1. Go to your post.
  2. Click on the three dot icon to the right of the post, followed by Report Inappropriate Content.
  3. Provide as much detail as possible on what edits you would like to have made.
  4. Click Notify Moderator to send the request. 
  5. The Community team will review your request and update your post. 

To delete a post:

If you would like to have content you have posted removed, will need to request help from the Community team. Provided are you signed into your account, go to any post you would like removed and complete the following: 

 

  1. Go to your post.
  2. Click on the three dot icon to the right of the post, followed by Report Inappropriate Content.
  3. Advise you would like the post removed and let us if any other posts you have made in the topic should be removed as well.
  4. Click Notify Moderator to send the request.
  5. The Community team will review your request and remove your post.

If you would like all of your posts removed, please submit a request from a single post advising you would like all posts removed.
