How to Embed a PHP module to my shopify cart page of my store through my application

Hello,
I would like to know if it is possible to add a small loyalty card module to my cart page that speaks with an external API via my application.
If so, which track should I turn to because I did a lot of tutorials but I couldn't find anything.

J'aimerais savoir si c'est possible de rajouter sur ma page panier un petit module de carte de fidélité qui parle avec une api externe via mon application .
Si oui vers quelle piste me tourner car j'ai fait pas mal de tuto mais je n'ai rien trouvé .
