Shopify app VIP solution

Hi community,
I'm looking for a Shopify app to improve the experience for some of my customers.

I explain to you :
I sell sports equipment.

Some of my clients are BtoC clients. Nothing special for them. The experience is classic on the site.

Then I have another style of client. They are agents of professional sports players.
The agent has several players to manage.
The objective is for them :
-Have access to discounted prices (ideally, the price displayed on the product must be discounted, not just at the card step)
-That he can order equipment for players and deliver them each to their home (so different orders)
-To save time, the agent should not have to pay at the time, for each order. I need to be able to send him a single invoice at the end of the month which includes the total orders for the month

Does anyone have an idea for an app?
