API integration for Moodle

Does anyone know if Moodle LMS (https://moodle.org/) can be integrated to Shopify or has an API Integration with Shopify (for Shopify stores in Australia?)

I found an app in the Shopify store that can integrate Moodel and Shopify, but of course, I think integrating them together through APIs is also possible.

Thank you for your response Kyle_liu. I have decided not to go with
moodle. There is another shopify app called Courses Plus that has
everything and it's built for Shopify stores.
