API keys and token not working for devoloped app

I am trying to add my API access token and API key & API Secret key to the Checkify to connect the app that I am developing to start woking with Checkify. But when I fill in the details keys and token i am getting the error: 'Shopify API key or API access token is invalid'.

I've contacted the support team at Checkify and the are telling me that their system only validates the keys and token and that from the Shopify side the keys and token are not working.

I need help with this can someone help me?
