API version 2021-04

As per my knowledge, the API version 2021-04 is already deprecated. Can you please confirm when will it be completely stopped / off? Is there any expected date?

Hi there 👋

The API version has been removed. If you continue to make API calls to that API version the request will be forwarded to the oldest available API version.

If your app uses a stable version that is no longer supported, then Shopify falls forward and responds to your request with the same behaviour as the oldest supported stable version. For example, when Shopify removes 2023-07, API requests to version 2023-07 will be served version 2023-10, because that will be the oldest supported stable version.

Thanks, Lizk. I got it. But Can you help me know when will this version 2021-04 be completely stopped? I mean the time when API from this version will not be supportive anymore.

That API version is currently not supported, and has been removed.

If you are making API calls to that version you are actually making API calls to the 2022-10 API version.
