I'm new to shopify.
I generated the token to connect Shopify to a retail app, then I downloaded the extension of the said App, incorporated it in Shopify. On authorizing the permission, an error that says "can't connect the same account with different users" shows up to me. I'd like to mention that I used to integrate my online store with Prestashop, but I disconnected it. Also, I have another app connected to Shopify, so that retail app would be the second connected app. I'd like to know why it gives me this issue and how to solve it. Doesn't Shopify permit having 2 apps connected under the same email/user?
