Hi,
I can't access my Shopify account and it's been more than 3 weeks since my ticket was created with Shopify but there has been no movement on that ticket for 3 weeks. I have contacted Shopify team 4 to 5 teams regarding this issue but everytime they say that they will resolve this issue but they never did.

I am having this error while login:
"Your account pin************llc@gmail.com doesn't have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page."
I am also attaching a screenshot below. Please let me know if Shopify can help me in this case or I should just leave this platform.
