Cannot access admin or contact support
Hi there,
Recently when accessing my website, it comes up with the following:
"Your account pakngoau@gmail.com doesn't have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page."
This prompted me to look at forums for help, and it said to contact support. I went through the bot to check on resources, and then looked to speak to someone live. However, when clicking the "Select a store" and logging in, I'm met with: "
There’s a technical problem with the Shopify Help Center that prevented this page from loading. Please go back to the Help Center homepage or try reloading this page."
So I can't ask for support either. Is there any other options of getting help for this matter? What
