Cant access store and admin page

Cant get access to both admin page and store without any reason.

When I login to the admin dashboard, it said this account doesn't have permission to view the page, and when I want to access the store, it said "something went wrong, this store is unavailable".

Got an email from risk-operation team a few days later requesting my address, social media, inventory etc... but why would it happen? Even the brand itself is still being worked on and no transaction is made.

and so do i, i cannot access the shopify admin and already contact the customer support to solve this problem but they always said still working on. how long it takes omg

Store been unavailable for almost half a month... No reason been told, no solution provided.

'also same with you? can't access the shopify admin? and i don't know why, why shopify support centre doesn't provide any solution

I can't access the admin and just setup a store with over 1600 products in it
