I am unable to access my domain. I am getting an error that says there are multiple issues with my domain, along with the following: 

 

Resolve these domain issues to ensure your Shopify site works for customers.

  • Error fetching domain A record: Open your domain provider's DNS settings for [BLOCKED FOR PRIVACY] and check that the record is set to the IP address [BLOCKED FOR PRIVACY]. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.
  • Error fetching domain CAA record: Open your domain provider's DNS settings for[BLOCKED FOR PRIVACY] and check that the record is set correctly. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.
  • Error fetching domain DNSSEC record: Open your domain provider's DNS settings for[BLOCKED FOR PRIVACY] and check that the record is set correctly. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.
  • Error fetching domain nameserver record: Open your domain provider's DNS settings for[BLOCKED FOR PRIVACY] and check that the record is set correctly. Note that record updates can take up to 48 hours to come into effect.

 

I have no idea what ANY OF THIS MEANS and I can't get ahold of a live agent via chat or phone because it looks like everything has gone virtual. Very frustrated as this is interrupting business.

Where u able to finally resolve it cause I also got the same error, and Shopify doesn’t seem to have any way to contact support.

Not sure if you got yet but when you log into your account, on the top right next to your domain name it has the help center.  Click on "help center" and log in again.  The chat section is in there.

When you buy your domain through Shopify or transfer a third-party domain to Shopify, the A record and CNAME record for your domain are automatically set to the default DNS records for Shopify. You can have multiple CNAME records associated with your domain, but each one must have a unique name, such as www or shop. If you want to add MX, TXT, SRV, or AAAA records, then you need to edit the DNS settings for your domain.

Changes to your DNS settings can take up to 24 hours to take effect.

P.S also if the problem is for subdomains just delete the subdomain and re add it. It should reset and fix your problem
