Every new shop I create gets terminated

Every new shop I create gets terminated

So, after my recent issue about getting my shops terminated willy-nilly without any reason given because Shopify decided to be in a silly, goofy mood, they appear to now have somehow blacklisted my banking information. What exactly do I mean by that?

Well, now every single time I create a new shop and chose a plan I'm asked to chose how to pay, regardless of if I decide on Paypal or SEPA, after deciding, my shop stops working and I get an email saying, that I violated section 7. How have I violated section 7 if I literally just created the shop 40 SECONDS AGO. So then I tried creating another one to replace the deleted one, gets deleted. I try with a brand new email address, gets deleted. All of them get deleted mere seconds after I type in my banking information. The email says "After reviewing your store information..." **bleep**, no human can review my 40 second old shop and instantly delete it. I'm blacklisted and I don't know why.

For everyone who doesn't know, Section 7 states: "Personal, confidential, and protected health information: You may not post or upload any Materials that contain personally identifiable information, sensitive personal information, or confidential information, such as credit card numbers, confidential national ID numbers, or account passwords unless you have consent from the person to whom the information belongs or who is otherwise authorized to provide such consent. You may not use the Services to collect, store, or process any protected health information subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), any applicable health privacy regulation or any other applicable law governing the processing, use, or disclosure of protected health information."

How. How could I have possibly done that if I JUST created the store, I'm sick of getting no answer or being redirected to some "team" that just tells me my stores are "too much of a risk to further support" (this was their word for word answer on this exact problem I had recently). I ACTUALLY don't know what to do and am, if you couldn't tell already, super desperate because of this frustrating issue I'm receiving no help or information with/for.

Regards,

Julius
