Someone used my email address to create a fraudulent store and I had to create this account with another email address to even be able to address this at all. I want everything shut down immediately. I never signed up for any account in the first place, only made a purchase with a legit Shopify merchant within the last couple of weeks. Now I have two Shopify accounts, unwillingly, and I need this situation taken care of. Contacting support is impossible. Someone please help me. My identity is being stolen and extorted. I can’t log into the account experiencing fraud because the criminal made their own authentication keys for my account. I need help. Everything needs to be shut down and deleted now. This just happened last night.
