So to my knowledge. the pass three months my account was active. I logged on today trying to check a feature on my domain. However, It states my account has not been active for the last three month. I still have access to both emails attached to my account. Recovery and primary email accounts. I even get far and pass the process of getting the access code to my phone. The It states a 10 digit code needs to be sent to my primary email. In conclusion, the email is never received, I would even check spam mail, junk mail, and even pop blockers section and still never get the 10 digit code email.
I would deeply appreciate, if this matter can be resolved in timely fashion so I may continue my work within creating my site. If this matter can be escalated so we may have a resolve would be in my better interest.
