I can't access my store!

I can't access my store "Our Way of Life' - thisnzlife.myshopify.com

And support isn't help me! See attached the screenshot I am getting when I try to log-in.

Before anything else, you might want to try troubleshooting this error first. Kindly try to use other browsers, switch to different device, use incognito mode, and clear your cookies and cache. If none of those worked, keep an open communication with Shopify support team as there might be an account issue.
