Good Day

 

I gave someone access to my shopify store. They have deleted my admin account and basically hijacked my website. I have been trying to contact support regarding this but the AI chatbot is not guiding me correctly. Can someone please make contact me with and help me with this?

 

I can provide proof and evidence I am the director of this company, if need be, I just really need to get my data back urgently.

Sorry to hear this man. But you should always be careful out here. Even if you are giving permissions you have the ability to give limited permissions before accepting request and no developer would require admin permissions for any help they are trying to give
