Installed app does not show up in apps list

This is new Payments App https://shopify.dev/apps/payments that's in development mode currently. It is approved and previously i did not encounter this issue.

After the install oAuth flow is successful it does not show up under /admin/apps but if you go to /admin/apps/publicKey it works. Is this intentional?
