I have been locked out of my account with NO EXPLANATION OR RESOLUTION for 2 weeks! I cannot access the funds I have in there or do anything!  Today I chatted in again as it has become part of my daily routine and was told they sent an email on 9/16. Never received it. Checked Junk, Spam, every folder and nothing. I asked that it be reforwarded. Nothing. I need a resolution. No phone number. No supervisors to talk to, no ability to transfer chats to the correct departments. Just telling customers to WAIT. IT is bad business. I have aboout 15 tickets that have been "escalated" which apparently means NOTHING. I am beyond frustrated!
