From one day to another my shop was terminated. I just paid the subscription and started navigating on it filling out some general information. The following day it was shut. I've contacted the Support Chat who raised a ticket for me and after a day I got an automated email asking for general info such as my proof of address, certificate of incorporation of my business and so on. I replied immediately but haven't heard since. It happened on 08/08/2024. I've repeatedly contacted that email address with no luck and the chat again which is just useless, they keep repeating the same thing: they can't share more info about why the store was terminated but they'll make sure my case is being reviewed by the relevant team.
Anyone did experience a similar situation? How did you come out from there? Any suggestion?
It's so frustrating...
