From one day to another my shop was terminated. I just paid the subscription and started navigating on it filling out some general information. The following day it was shut. I've contacted the Support Chat who raised a ticket for me and after a day I got an automated email asking for general info such as my proof of address, certificate of incorporation of my business and so on. I replied immediately but haven't heard since. It happened on 08/08/2024. I've repeatedly contacted that email address with no luck and the chat again which is just useless, they keep repeating the same thing: they can't share more info about why the store was terminated but they'll make sure my case is being reviewed by the relevant team.
Anyone did experience a similar situation? How did you come out from there? Any suggestion?

If you followed the instruction and submitted the needed document for their verification, it is most likely that they are going to review your account and document though, based on experience, cases like this will take time to be resolved. Follow up with your case via live chat instead of email or ticket to avoid making it further on the queue.
