I run my business on Shopify’s platform for months now. I been using Shopify for other projects for 8 years now.
this store that’s inactive now never had a payment issue. Matter of fact, it was inactive 2 hours after paying the invoice.
it’s been 8 LONG DAYS now i going back and forth with the support team. They can’t give me no help or no information as to why it’s inactive. For 8 days they telle that the review team will reach out to me but nobody did. I can confidently and sincerely say that my store did not violate any policy. That’s the most frustrating thing i ever experienced with Shopify so far. I need help quickly.
