My store is unavailable

I had built my store and everything was working fine and after adding the payment gateway , my account seems to be unavailable , and I am no longer able to access my store or the admin page of it. I have contacted the customer support and still waiting for their response, but if anyone would please help me to know why has this happened, and how can I resolve it ? below i have also attached of the error i am getting whille trying to access my account.
