Problems authenticating sender email domain in Shopify (with mailerlite)

Hi, I send email campaigns with Mailerlite and have to authenticate my sender email domain  in order to better send the campaigns to my email subscribers.

I have added the DNS records to the domain section in Shopify but when I try to check the DNS settings it comes up with the following message

"SenderID/SPF has more than one record. Remove all others and leave only one."

I think this is saying that I have to remove all the other TXT records but there is no way to remove the TXT records in Shopify - you can remove MX, CNAME, AAAA and A records but not TXT?

Can someone help?  thanks!

I am having the exact same problem and I feel like I am going insane. I spent quite a while talking to Shopify about it and they have told me the solution needs to come from mailer lite, but I have not had success with them responding to me. If you find a solution please let me know!

Hi Andirose,

I think this is now solved.  I went to this page https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/domains/managing-domains/edit-dns-settings and then entered the live chat to speak to a shopify advisor.  after sending screenshots of teh error messages from mailerlite they advised me to reset my DNS settings.  I did this then re added the CNAME and TXT records as copied from mailerlite.  the domain has now been authenticated.  if you had the same problem as me in not being able to see the ACTIONS button to edit certain DNS records, they told me to highlight the text (the records) and then scroll to the right of the page and the ACTIONS buttons appear.
