Shop owner stole my personal details

Hi

Who at shopiify do I report a theft of identity to? A shop on shopify is using my personal address and mobile number as a point of contact for returns and refunds and has my info on their webpage and online policies link.

I've reported this to the FTC  and law enforcement, but want my personal information removed from their shopify page as their customers are contacting me and showing up on my doorstep
