PLEASE HELP!
I have reached out to support multiple times in the past two weeks because Shopify has been giving delayed payouts of up to a week even though I have them slated for every day.
In this, I have repeated multiple times that it seemed Shopify was abusing my business by intentionally holding back my cash flow.
Then this morning I received an email that ALL MY PAYOUTS ARE ON HOLD! The reasoning was that we weren’t set up with shopify payments (which we have always been) and that I needed to verify my bank account (which has been the same bank for over two years). There is now enough money being withheld that it puts my company at immediate risk.
Please help me! It seems that shopify is intentionally using its customers cash flow to pad its own finances. We need this fixed right away please.
