I reopened my store to process a large and important refund to an upset customer. Now my account is stuck in limbo as it just says I don't have access to this store. Shopify was happy to charge my card the $39 but can't provide any help. Now my account is stuck and there is no support. A company that pays it CEO $76 million in 2023 and is worth 70 Billion has to have customer service that is based on the "the old twitter model" (that is a quote from a Shopfiy salesman that I called to see if he could help). No wonder I left this platform. Can you either refund me or let me refund my old customer. Please help!

For any refund requests, you will need to directly reach out to Shopify support team. If you are not able to connect with them since you do not have access to your account, try to reach them out via their Account support website. You do not need to log in to your Shopify account.
