I am managing the shopify store of my client and it seems that I cant access the Store anymore and the website is inactive. there is no other option that the page can offer. Please help.

Are you using a collaborator account to access your clients store? You may need to ask your client to send you a new request.

I am the one who created the shopify account for the owner the email address being locked out is the actual account that i created.
