APP_SUBSCRIPTIONS_UPDATE webhook does not fire

Hi,

I am struggling with APP_SUBSCRIPTIONS_UPDATE webhook.

Normally it works fine but on App uninstall it does not triggers for cancelled subscriptions.

Currently i'm using app_uninstalled webhook as a workaround, but it would be better if i can get the cancellation trigger.
