What is your case and reasons to charge outside Shopify Billing API?

Could you please advise me on this issue? and the whole process of paying to shopify not through shopify billing api?

sorry for late response.

no, we haven’t succeeded in getting billing exemption. Finally we’ve implemented their API.

I'm the same position. I also requested an exemption, was rejected, told to message the support team, and then sent here by the support team. Any word on this Shopify?
