False billing for inactive account

Hello , I lost my phone so I lost all my passcodes for my account. I don't even remember the email i used for my Shopify account , but i keep being charged monthly. I tried to contact some days ago because my store is inactive for 3 months, but i have to log in to find the support. Today , i was charged 32€ , which is quite a big amount for me . Please let me know how to contact the support without logging in , and please get me a refund.
