Issue with Billing API: Subscriptions Activated but Charges Not Being Applied to Users' Accounts

After publishing our app, we ensured that the "test" flag was set to false and completely removed it from the code. However, we are encountering a problem with the billing API. When a user selects the professional paid plan, proceeds with the payment, and becomes subscribed, they gain full access to the app. However, there is a significant issue: no charges are being debited from their bank account or credit card, and we are not receiving any payouts.


This problem persists across four different stores where we tested the app.

We have thoroughly reviewed our app's subscription success code and have confirmed that there are no issues with it. Despite this, the expected charging and payout processes are not functioning as they should.

We are seeking insights into what might be causing this problem. Any assistance in identifying the root cause and resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
