Shopify Billing on Existing General Platform?

Hi,

Our submission to the marketplace was recently declined because we don't integrate with the Shopify billing API.

This is because our platform is self-sustaining with an 'extra' Shopify integration that we'd like to publish to the marketplace. Shifting our entire business over the the Shopify billing API wouldn't work.

There are applications such as 'Recart' who seem to use their own billing and yet are still approved for a marketplace listing.

Does any one know how we can make that happen?
